The semi-skilled manpower includes DTP & DATA ENTRY OPERATORS, RECEPTIONISTS, XEROX OPERATORS, office executives, Machine Operators and so on……..

Brief and scope of service about pay roll management :

Sourcing and Supervision of the RK 4CES staff is carried out by the customer.
Attendance and Payroll will be processed and disbursed thro bank facilitating the employee with a ATM card
RK4CES will obtain the licences as per the provisions of the contract labour (regulation & abolition ) act 1970. ESI and PF compliance is taken care. Other statutory compliances will be complied as per the conveinience of the customer, how ever RK 4CES will maintain all the records as per the

RK 4CES will maintain good liaison and relation with all the govt. officials in respect of the employees staffed at customer location.

Service charges : 6% on the billing. (Negotiable on volumes)

Scope of service:

RK 4CES recruit the staff as per the specifications of the customer and keep them on RK 4CES rolls and depute at customer locations any where in INDIA.
Sourcing and day to day Supervision is RK 4CES responsibility.
There will not be any employer and employee relation between the CUSTOMER and person works at his place.

CUSTOMER is free from all the legal obligations.
Attendance and Payroll will be processed and disbursed thro bank facilitating the employee with a ATM card
ESI and PF compliance is taken care. Other statutory compliances will be complied as per the convenience of the customer, how ever RK 4CES will maintain all the records as per the CLAR 1970

RK 4CES will maintain good liason and relation with all the govt. officials in respect of the employees staffed at customer location.
We disburse the salaries thro Cheques payable at par with ICICI at all ICICI locations and UTI locations across INDIA.

1. Our Service charges: 10% on the billing
This is exclusive of the statutory compliances like employer contributions of PF and ESI and so on.
2. Full time Supervisor salary will be charged.
